1 Et tu feras un autel en bois de Shittim (Sittim), cinq coudées de long, et cinq coudées de large ; l’autel sera carrée et sa hauteur sera de trois coudées.

 1 And thou shalt make an altar of shittim wood, five cubits long, and five cubits broad; the altar shall be foursquare: and the height thereof shall be three cubits.

2 Et tu feras les cornes aux quatre coins, ses cornes seront de la même pièce ; et tu le recouvriras de cuivre.

 2 And thou shalt make the horns of it upon the four corners thereof: his horns shall be of the same: and thou shalt overlay it with brass.

3 Et tu feras ses récipients pour recueillir ses cendres, ses pelles, ses bassins, ses crochets pour la chair et ses cassolettes ; et tu feras tous ses ustensiles en cuivre.

 3 And thou shalt make his pans to receive his ashes, and his shovels, and his basons, and his fleshhooks, and his firepans: all the vessels thereof thou shalt make of brass.

4 Et tu lui feras une grille en forme de réseau de cuivre, et sur le lacis, tu feras quatre anneaux brasés, à ses quatre coins.

 4 And thou shalt make for it a grate of network of brass; and upon the net shalt thou make four brasen rings in the four corners thereof.

5 Et tu le mettras en-dessous de l’enceinte de l’autel pour que le lacis soit à niveau jusqu’au milieu de l’autel.

 5 And thou shalt put it under the compass of the altar beneath, that the net may be even to the midst of the altar.

6 Et tu feras des barres pour l’autel, des barres en bois de Shittim (Sittim), et tu les recouvriras de cuivre.

 6 And thou shalt make staves for the altar, staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with brass.

7 Et les barres seront enfilées dans les anneaux ; et les barres seront aux deux côtés de l’autel, pour le porter.

 7 And the staves shall be put into the rings, and the staves shall be upon the two sides of the altar, to bear it.

8 Tu le feras creux, avec des planches ; comme il t’a été montré sur le mont, ainsi le feront-ils.

 8 Hollow with boards shalt thou make it: as it was shewed thee in the mount, so shall they make it.

9 ¶ Et tu feras la cour du tabernacle ; pour le côté sud, tourné vers le Sud, il y aura pour la cour, des tentures de fin lin retors, de cent coudées de long par côté ;

 9 ¶ And thou shalt make the court of the tabernacle: for the south side southward there shall be hangings for the court of fine twined linen of an hundred cubits long for one side:

10 Et ses vingt piliers et leurs vingt emboîtements seront de cuivre ; les crochets des piliers et leurs tringles seront en argent.

 10 And the twenty pillars thereof and their twenty sockets shall be of brass; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets shall be of silver.

11 Et de même, pour le côté nord, sur la longueur, il y aura des tentures de cent coudées de long, et ses vingt piliers et leurs vingt emboîtements en cuivre ; les crochets des piliers et leurs tringles en argent.

 11 And likewise for the north side in length there shall be hangings of an hundred cubits long, and his twenty pillars and their twenty sockets of brass; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets of silver.

12 ¶ Et pour la largeur de la cour du côté ouest, il y aura de tentures de cinquante coudées, leurs dix piliers et leurs dix emboîtements.

 12 ¶ And for the breadth of the court on the west side shall be hangings of fifty cubits: their pillars ten, and their sockets ten.

13 Et la largeur de la cour, du côté est, tourné vers l’Est, sera de cinquante coudées.

 13 And the breadth of the court on the east side eastward shall be fifty cubits.

14 Les tentures d’un des côtés de la porte seront de quinze coudées, leurs trois piliers et leurs trois emboîtements.

 14 The hangings of one side of the gate shall be fifteen cubits: their pillars three, and their sockets three.

15 Et de l’autre côté, il y aura des tentures de quinze coudées, leurs trois piliers et leurs trois emboîtements.

 15 And on the other side shall be hangings fifteen cubits: their pillars three, and their sockets three.

16 ¶ Et pour la porte de la cour, il y aura une tenture de vingt coudées : de bleu, de pourpre, d’écarlate et de fin lin retors, exécuté aux aiguilles, avec ses quatre piliers et leurs quatre emboîtements.

 16 ¶ And for the gate of the court shall be an hanging of twenty cubits, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, wrought with needlework: and their pillars shall be four, and their sockets four.

17 Tous les piliers autour de la cour seront sertis d’argent ; leurs crochets seront en argent et leurs emboîtements en cuivre.

 17 All the pillars round about the court shall be filleted with silver; their hooks shall be of silver, and their sockets of brass.

18  ¶ La longueur de la cour sera de cent coudées ; et la largeur de cinquante partout, et la hauteur, de cinq coudées de fin lin retors et leurs emboîtements en cuivre.

 18 ¶ The length of the court shall be an hundred cubits, and the breadth fifty every where, and the height five cubits of fine twined linen, and their sockets of brass.

19 Tous les ustensiles du tabernacle, pour tout son service, et tous ses pieux, et tous les pieux de la cour seront en cuivre.

 19 All the vessels of the tabernacle in all the service thereof, and all the pins thereof, and all the pins of the court, shall be of brass.

20 ¶ Et tu commanderas aux enfants d’Israël qu’ils t’apportent de l’huile d’olive pure broyée, pour le luminaire, pour que la lampe brûle constamment.

 20 ¶ And thou shalt command the children of Israel, that they bring thee pure oil olive beaten for the light, to cause the lamp to burn always.

21 Dans le tabernacle de la congrégation, en dehors du voile qui est devant le témoignage, Aaron et ses fils la disposeront, devant le SEIGNEUR, depuis le soir jusqu’au matin : Ce sera un statut sans fin pour leurs générations, au profit des enfants d’Israël.

 21 In the tabernacle of the congregation without the vail, which is before the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall order it from evening to morning before the LORD: it shall be a statute for ever unto their generations on the behalf of the children of Israel.
