1 א (ALEPH). Bénis sont les non souillés dans le chemin, qui marchent Ĕdans la loi du SEIGNEUR.

 1 א (ALEPH). Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.

2 Bénis sont ceux qui gardent ses témoignages, et qui le cherchent de tout leur cœur.

 2 Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.

3 Ils ne commettent aussi aucune iniquité: ils marchent dans ses chemins.

 3 They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.

4 Tu nous as commandé de garder tes préceptes diligemment.

 4 Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently.

5 Ô si mes chemins étaient dirigés de manière à garder tes statuts!

 5 O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes!

6 Alors je ne serai pas honteux, lorsque j’aurai du respect envers tous tes commandements.

 6 Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments.

7 Je te louerai avec rectitude de cœur, lorsque j’aurai appris tes jugements droits.

 7 I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.

8 Je garderai tes statuts: ô ne m’abandonne pas entièrement.

 8 I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly.

9 ב (BETH). Par quel moyen un jeune homme épurera-t-il son chemin? En y prenant garde selon ta parole.

 9 ב (BETH). Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.

10 De tout mon cœur t’ai-je cherché: ô ne me laisse pas errer hors de tes commandements.

 10 With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.

11 Ta parole ai-je caché dans mon cœur, afin que je ne puisse pas pêcher contre toi.

 11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.

12 Béni es-tu, ô SEIGNEUR: enseigne-moi tes statuts.

 12 Blessed art thou, O LORD: teach me thy statutes.

13 Avec mes lèvres ai-je déclaré tous les jugements de ta bouche.

 13 With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.

14 Je me suis réjoui dans le chemin de tes témoignages, aussi bien que dans toutes les richesses.

 14 I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches.

15 Je méditerai tes préceptes, et j’aurai du respect envers tes chemins.

 15 I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways.

16 Je me délecterai dans tes statuts: je n’oublierai pas ta parole.

 16 I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.

17 ג (GIMEL). Agis généreusement avec ton serviteur, afin que je puisse vivre et garder ta parole.

 17 ג (GIMEL). Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live, and keep thy word.

18 Ouvre mes yeux, afin que je puisse contempler des choses de ta loi.

 18 Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.

19 Je suis un étranger sur la terre: ne me cache pas tes commandements.

 19 I am a stranger in the earth: hide not thy commandments from me.

20 Mon âme se brise par le désir qu’elle a envers tes jugements de tout temps.

 20 My soul breaketh for the longing that it hath unto thy judgments at all times.

21 Tu as repris les orgueilleux qui sont maudits, qui s’égarent de tes commandements.

 21 Thou hast rebuked the proud that are cursed, which do err from thy commandments.

22 Retire de moi l’outrage et le mépris; car j’ai gardé tes témoignages.

 22 Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have kept thy testimonies.

23 Des princes aussi s’assirent et parlèrent contre moi: mais ton serviteur méditait tes statuts.

 23 Princes also did sit and speak against me: but thy servant did meditate in thy statutes.

24 Tes témoignages aussi sont mon délice et mes conseillers.

 24 Thy testimonies also are my delight and my counsellors.

25 ד (DALETH). Mon âme s’attache à la poussière: vivifie-moi selon ta parole.

 25 ד (DALETH). My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken thou me according to thy word.

26 J’ai déclaré mes chemins, et tu m’entendis: enseigne-moi tes statuts.

 26 I have declared my ways, and thou heardest me: teach me thy statutes.

27 Fais-moi comprendre le chemin de tes préceptes: ainsi parlerai-je de tes prodigieuses œuvres.

 27 Make me to understand the way of thy precepts: so shall I talk of thy wondrous works.

28 Mon âme se fond de tristesse: fortifie-moi selon ta parole.

 28 My soul melteth for heaviness: strengthen thou me according unto thy word.

29 Retire de moi le chemin du mensonge: et fais-moi la grâce de m’accorder ta loi.

 29 Remove from me the way of lying: and grant me thy law graciously.

30 J’ai choisi le chemin de vérité: tes jugements j’ai placé devant moi.

 30 I have chosen the way of truth: thy judgments have I laid before me.

31 Je me suis attaché à tes témoignages: ô SEIGNEUR, ne me rends pas honteux.

 31 I have stuck unto thy testimonies: O LORD, put me not to shame.

32 Je courrai dans le chemin de tes commandements, lorsque tu élargiras mon cœur.

 32 I will run the way of thy commandments, when thou shalt enlarge my heart.

33 ה (HE). Enseignes-moi, ô SEIGNEUR, le chemin de tes statuts; et je le garderai jusqu’à la fin.

 33 ה (HE). Teach me, O LORD, the way of thy statutes; and I shall keep it unto the end.

34 Donne-moi la compréhension, et je garderai ta loi; oui, je l’observerai de tout mon cœur.

 34 Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart.

35 Fais-moi marcher dans le sentier de tes commandements; car en cela je me délecte.

 35 Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for therein do I delight.

36 Incline mon cœur vers tes témoignages, et non vers la convoitise.

 36 Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to covetousness.

37 Détourne mes yeux de contempler la vanité; et vivifie-moi dans ton chemin.

 37 Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken thou me in thy way.

38 Établis ta parole envers ton serviteur, qui est dévoué à te craindre.

 38 Stablish thy word unto thy servant, who is devoted to thy fear.

39 Détourne de moi l’outrage que je crains: car tes jugements sont bons.

 39 Turn away my reproach which I fear: for thy judgments are good.

40 Voici, j’ai désiré ardemment tes préceptes: vivifie-moi dans ta droiture.

 40 Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: quicken me in thy righteousness.

41 ו (VAU). Que tes miséricordes viennent aussi à moi, ô SEIGNEUR, c’est-à-dire ton salut, selon ta parole.

 41 ו (VAU). Let thy mercies come also unto me, O LORD, even thy salvation, according to thy word.

42 Ainsi j’aurai de quoi répondre à celui qui m’outrage: car je me confie en ta parole.

 42 So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproacheth me: for I trust in thy word.

43 Et ne retire pas complètement la parole de vérité de ma bouche; car j’ai espéré en tes jugements.

 43 And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in thy judgments.

44 Ainsi garderai-je ta loi continuellement, pour toujours et à jamais.

 44 So shall I keep thy law continually for ever and ever.

45 Et je marcherai en liberté: car je recherche tes préceptes.

 45 And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts.

46 Je parlerai de tes témoignages aussi devant les rois, et ne serai pas honteux.

 46 I will speak of thy testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed.

47 Et je me délecterai dans tes commandements, lesquels j’ai aimés.

 47 And I will delight myself in thy commandments, which I have loved.

48 Mes mains aussi je lèverai vers tes commandements, lesquels j’ai aimés; et je méditerai tes statuts.

 48 My hands also will I lift up unto thy commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in thy statutes.

49 ז (ZAIN). Souviens-toi de la parole à ton serviteur, en laquelle tu m’as fait espérer.

 49 ז (ZAIN). Remember the word unto thy servant, upon which thou hast caused me to hope.

50 Ceci est mon réconfort dans mon affliction: car ta parole m’a vivifié.

 50 This is my comfort in my affliction: for thy word hath quickened me.

51 Les orgueilleux m’ont grandement tourné en dérision: cependant je n’ai pas dévié de ta loi.

 51 The proud have had me greatly in derision: yet have I not declined from thy law.

52 Je me souvins de tes jugements d’autrefois, ô SEIGNEUR; et je me suis réconforté.

 52 I remembered thy judgments of old, O LORD; and have comforted myself.

53 L’horreur s’est emparée de moi à cause des hommes immoraux qui abandonnent ta loi.

 53 Horror hath taken hold upon me because of the wicked that forsake thy law.

54 Tes statuts ont été mes cantiques dans la maison de mon pèlerinage.

 54 Thy statutes have been my songs in the house of my pilgrimage.

55 Je me suis souvenu de ton nom, ô SEIGNEUR, durant la nuit, et j’ai gardé ta loi.

 55 I have remembered thy name, O LORD, in the night, and have kept thy law.

56 Ceci m’est advenu, parce que je gardais tes préceptes.

 56 This I had, because I kept thy precepts.

57 ח (CHETH). Tu es ma portion, ô SEIGNEUR: j’ai dit que je garderais tes paroles.

 57 ח (CHETH). Thou art my portion, O LORD: I have said that I would keep thy words.

58 Je sollicitai ta faveur de tout mon cœur: sois miséricordieux envers moi selon ta parole.

 58 I intreated thy favour with my whole heart: be merciful unto me according to thy word.

59 Je réfléchis à mes chemins, et tournai mes pieds vers tes témoignages.

 59 I thought on my ways, and turned my feet unto thy testimonies.

60 Je me hâtai et ne m’attardai pas de garder tes commandements.

 60 I made haste, and delayed not to keep thy commandments.

61 Les bandes des hommes immoraux m’ont volé: mais je n’ai pas oublié ta loi.

 61 The bands of the wicked have robbed me: but I have not forgotten thy law.

62 À minuit je me lèverai pour te remercier à cause de tes jugements droits.

 62 At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee because of thy righteous judgments.

63 Je suis un compagnon de tous ceux qui te craignent, et de ceux qui gardent tes préceptes.

 63 I am a companion of all them that fear thee, and of them that keep thy precepts.

64 La terre, ô SEIGNEUR, est pleine de ta miséricorde: enseigne-moi tes statuts.

 64 The earth, O LORD, is full of thy mercy: teach me thy statutes.

65 ט (TETH). Tu as bien agi avec ton serviteur, ô SEIGNEUR, selon ta parole.

 65 ט (TETH). Thou hast dealt well with thy servant, O LORD, according unto thy word.

66 Enseigne-moi le bon jugement et la connaissance: car j’ai cru tes commandements.

 66 Teach me good judgment and knowledge: for I have believed thy commandments.

67 Avant que je ne sois affligé je m’égarais: mais maintenant j’ai gardé ta parole.

 67 Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept thy word.

68 Tu es bon et tu fais le bien; enseigne-moi tes statuts.

 68 Thou art good, and doest good; teach me thy statutes.

69 Les orgueilleux ont forgé un mensonge contre moi: mais, je garderai tes préceptes de tout mon cœur.

 69 The proud have forged a lie against me: but I will keep thy precepts with my whole heart.

70 Leur cœur est aussi gras que la graisse; mais, je me délecte dans ta loi.

 70 Their heart is as fat as grease; but I delight in thy law.

71 Il est bon pour moi que j’aie été affligé; afin que je puisse apprendre tes statuts.

 71 It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes.

72 La loi de ta bouche est meilleure pour moi que des milliers d’or et d’argent.

 72 The law of thy mouth is better unto me than thousands of gold and silver.

73 י (JOD). Tes mains m’ont fait et m’ont façonné: donne-moi la compréhension, afin que je puisse apprendre tes commandements.

 73 י (JOD). Thy hands have made me and fashioned me: give me understanding, that I may learn thy commandments.

74 Ceux qui te craignent seront contents lorsqu’ils me verront; parce que j’ai espéré en ta parole.

 74 They that fear thee will be glad when they see me; because I have hoped in thy word.

75 Je sais, ô SEIGNEUR, que tes jugements sont droits, et qu’en fidélité tu m’as affligé.

 75 I know, O LORD, that thy judgments are right, and that thou in faithfulness hast afflicted me.

76 Laisse, je te prie, ta bonté miséricordieuse être mon réconfort, selon ta parole à ton serviteur.

 76 Let, I pray thee, thy merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to thy word unto thy servant.

77 Que tes tendres miséricordes viennent à moi, pour que je puisse vivre: car ta loi est mon délice.

 77 Let thy tender mercies come unto me, that I may live: for thy law is my delight.

78 Que les orgueilleux soient honteux, car ils agirent perversement envers moi sans cause: mais je méditerai tes préceptes.

 78 Let the proud be ashamed; for they dealt perversely with me without a cause: but I will meditate in thy precepts.

79 Que ceux qui te craignent se tournent vers moi, et ceux qui ont connu tes témoignages.

 79 Let those that fear thee turn unto me, and those that have known thy testimonies.

80 Que mon cœur soit solide dans tes statuts; pour que je ne sois pas honteux.

 80 Let my heart be sound in thy statutes; that I be not ashamed.

81 כ (CAPH). Mon âme défaille en languissant après ton salut: mais j’espère en ta parole.

 81 כ (CAPH). My soul fainteth for thy salvation: but I hope in thy word.

82 Mes yeux faiblissent en languissant après ta parole, disant, Quand me réconforteras-tu?

 82 Mine eyes fail for thy word, saying, When wilt thou comfort me?

83 Car je suis devenu comme une bouteille dans la fumée; cependant je n’oublie pas tes statuts.

 83 For I am become like a bottle in the smoke; yet do I not forget thy statutes.

84 Combien sont les jours de ton serviteur? Quand exécuteras-tu le jugement sur ceux qui me persécutent?

 84 How many are the days of thy servant? when wilt thou execute judgment on them that persecute me?

85 Les orgueilleux ont creusé des fosses pour moi, lesquelles ne sont pas d’après ta loi.

 85 The proud have digged pits for me, which are not after thy law.

86 Tous tes commandements sont fidèles: ils me persécutent injustement; aide-moi.

 86 All thy commandments are faithful: they persecute me wrongfully; help thou me.

87 Ils m’avaient presque consumé sur terre; mais je n’abandonnai pas tes préceptes.

 87 They had almost consumed me upon earth; but I forsook not thy precepts.

88 Vivifie-moi suivant ta tendre compassion; ainsi garderai-je le témoignage de ta bouche.

 88 Quicken me after thy lovingkindness; so shall I keep the testimony of thy mouth.

89 ל (LAMED). Pour toujours, ô SEIGNEUR, ta parole est fixée au ciel.

 89 ל (LAMED). For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.

90 Ta fidélité est envers toutes les générations: tu as établi la terre, et elle subsiste.

 90 Thy faithfulness is unto all generations: thou hast established the earth, and it abideth.

91 Elles continuent aujourd’hui selon tes ordonnances: car toutes sont tes servantes.

 91 They continue this day according to thine ordinances: for all are thy servants.

92 Si ta loi n’avait été mes délices, j’aurais alors péri dans mon affliction.

 92 Unless thy law had been my delights, I should then have perished in mine affliction.

93 Je n’oublierai jamais tes préceptes: par eux tu m’as vivifié.

 93 I will never forget thy precepts: for with them thou hast quickened me.

94 Je suis à toi, sauve-moi; car j’ai recherché tes préceptes.

 94 I am thine, save me; for I have sought thy precepts.

95 Les hommes immoraux m’ont attendu pour me détruire: mais je considérerai tes témoignages.

 95 The wicked have waited for me to destroy me: but I will consider thy testimonies.

96 J’ai vu une fin à toute perfection: mais ton commandement est extrêmement vaste.

 96 I have seen an end of all perfection: but thy commandment is exceeding broad.

97 מ (MEM). Ô comme j’aime ta loi! C’est ma méditation toute la journée.

 97 מ (MEM). O how love I thy law! it is my meditation all the day.

98 Au moyen de tes commandements, tu m’as rendu plus sage que mes ennemis: car ils sont toujours avec moi.

 98 Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies: for they are ever with me.

99 J’ai plus de compréhension que tous mes instructeurs: car tes témoignages sont ma méditation.

 99 I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation.

100 Je comprends mieux que les anciens, parce que je garde tes préceptes.

 100 I understand more than the ancients, because I keep thy precepts.

101 J’ai retenu mes pieds de tout mauvais chemin, afin que je puisse garder ta parole.

 101 I have refrained my feet from every evil way, that I might keep thy word.

102 Je ne me suis pas écarté de tes jugements: car tu m’as enseigné.

 102 I have not departed from thy judgments: for thou hast taught me.

103 Que tes paroles sont douces à mon goût! Oui, plus douces que le miel à ma bouche!

 103 How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth!

104 À travers tes préceptes j’acquiers la compréhension: par conséquent je hais tout chemin trompeur.

 104 Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.

105 נ (NUN). Ta parole est une lampe à mes pieds, et une lumière sur mon sentier.

 105 נ (NUN). Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

106 J’ai juré, et je l’exécuterai, que je garderai tes jugements droits.

 106 I have sworn, and I will perform it, that I will keep thy righteous judgments.

107 Je suis beaucoup affligé: vivifie-moi, ô SEIGNEUR, selon ta parole.

 107 I am afflicted very much: quicken me, O LORD, according unto thy word.

108 Accepte, je t’implore, les offrandes volontaires de ma bouche, ô SEIGNEUR, et enseigne-moi tes jugements.

 108 Accept, I beseech thee, the freewill offerings of my mouth, O LORD, and teach me thy judgments.

109 Mon âme est continuellement dans ma main: cependant, je n’oublie pas ta loi.

 109 My soul is continually in my hand: yet do I not forget thy law.

110 Les hommes immoraux m’ont tendu un piège: cependant je ne m’égarai pas de tes préceptes.

 110 The wicked have laid a snare for me: yet I erred not from thy precepts.

111 Tes témoignages ai-je pris comme un héritage pour toujours: car ils sont la réjouissance de mon cœur.

 111 Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: for they are the rejoicing of my heart.

112 J’ai incliné mon cœur à toujours exécuter tes statuts, même jusqu’à la fin.

 112 I have inclined mine heart to perform thy statutes alway, even unto the end.

113 ס (SAMECH). Je hais les vaines pensées: mais j’aime ta loi.

 113 ס (SAMECH). I hate vain thoughts: but thy law do I love.

114 Tu es ma cachette et mon écu: j’espère en ta parole.

 114 Thou art my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word.

115 Retirez-vous de moi, vous malfaisants: car je garderai les commandements de mon Dieu.

 115 Depart from me, ye evildoers: for I will keep the commandments of my God.

116 Soutiens-moi selon ta parole, afin que je puisse vivre: et ne me laisse pas être honteux de mon espérance.

 116 Uphold me according unto thy word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed of my hope.

117 Soutiens-moi, et je serai en sûreté: et j’aurai du respect envers tes statuts continuellement.

 117 Hold thou me up, and I shall be safe: and I will have respect unto thy statutes continually.

118 Tu as piétiné tous ceux qui s’égarent de tes statuts: car leur tromperie est la fausseté.

 118 Thou hast trodden down all them that err from thy statutes: for their deceit is falsehood.

119 Tu enlèves tous les hommes immoraux de la terre comme des scories: par conséquent j’aime tes témoignages.

 119 Thou puttest away all the wicked of the earth like dross: therefore I love thy testimonies.

120 Ma chair tremble de crainte à ton égard; et je suis effrayé de tes jugements.

 120 My flesh trembleth for fear of thee; and I am afraid of thy judgments.

121 ע (AIN). J’ai pratiqué le jugement et la justice: ne m’abandonne pas à mes oppresseurs.

 121 ע (AIN). I have done judgment and justice: leave me not to mine oppressors.

122 Cautionne ton serviteur pour de bon: ne laisse pas les orgueilleux m’opprimer.

 122 Be surety for thy servant for good: let not the proud oppress me.

123 Mes yeux faiblissent en languissant après ton salut, et après la parole de ta droiture.

 123 Mine eyes fail for thy salvation, and for the word of thy righteousness.

124 Agis avec ton serviteur selon ta miséricorde, et enseigne-moi tes statuts.

 124 Deal with thy servant according unto thy mercy, and teach me thy statutes.

125 Je suis ton serviteur; donne-moi la compréhension, afin que je puisse connaître tes témoignages.

 125 I am thy servant; give me understanding, that I may know thy testimonies.

126 Il est temps pour toi, SEIGNEUR, d’œuvrer: car ils ont rendu ta loi nulle.

 126 It is time for thee, LORD, to work: for they have made void thy law.

127 Par conséquent j’aime tes commandements plus que l’or; oui, plus que l’or fin.

 127 Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold.

128 Par conséquent j’estime que tous tes préceptes concernant toutes choses sont droits; et je hais tout chemin trompeur.

 128 Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way.

129 פ (PE). Tes témoignages sont merveilleux: par conséquent mon âme les garde.

 129 פ (PE). Thy testimonies are wonderful: therefore doth my soul keep them.

130 L’entrée de tes paroles donne la lumière; elle donne la compréhension aux simples.

 130 The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.

131 J’ouvris ma bouche, et palpitai: car je désirais ardemment tes commandements.

 131 I opened my mouth, and panted: for I longed for thy commandments.

132 Regarde-moi, et sois miséricordieux envers moi, comme tu as l’habitude de faire à ceux qui aiment ton nom.

 132 Look thou upon me, and be merciful unto me, as thou usest to do unto those that love thy name.

133 Dirige mes pas dans ta parole: et ne laisse aucune iniquité dominer sur moi.

 133 Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.

134 Délivre-moi de l’oppression de l’homme: ainsi garderai-je tes préceptes.

 134 Deliver me from the oppression of man: so will I keep thy precepts.

135 Fais briller ta face sur ton serviteur; et enseigne-moi tes statuts.

 135 Make thy face to shine upon thy servant; and teach me thy statutes.

136 Des rivières d’eau coulent de mes yeux, parce qu’ils ne gardent pas ta loi.

 136 Rivers of waters run down mine eyes, because they keep not thy law.

137 צ (TZADDI). Droit es-tu, ô SEIGNEUR, et intègres sont tes jugements.

 137 צ (TZADDI). Righteous art thou, O LORD, and upright are thy judgments.

138 Tes témoignages que tu as commandés sont droits, et très fidèles.

 138 Thy testimonies that thou hast commanded are righteous and very faithful.

139 Mon zèle m’a consumé, parce que mes ennemis ont oublié tes paroles.

 139 My zeal hath consumed me, because mine enemies have forgotten thy words.

140 Ta parole est très pure: par conséquent ton serviteur l’aime.

 140 Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it.

141 Je suis petit et méprisé: cependant je n’oublie pas tes préceptes.

 141 I am small and despised: yet do not I forget thy precepts.

142 Ta droiture est une droiture sempiternelle, et ta loi est la vérité.

 142 Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth.

143 La difficulté et l’angoisse se sont emparées de moi: cependant tes commandements sont mes délices.

 143 Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me: yet thy commandments are my delights.

144 La droiture de tes témoignages est sempiternelle: donne-moi la compréhension, et je vivrai.

 144 The righteousness of thy testimonies is everlasting: give me understanding, and I shall live.

145 ק (KOPH). Je criai de tout mon cœur; entends-moi, ô SEIGNEUR: je garderai tes statuts.

147 Je devançai l’aube du matin et criai: j’espérai en ta parole.

 147 I prevented the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in thy word.

148 Mes yeux devancent les veilles de la nuit, afin que je puisse méditer ta parole.

 148 Mine eyes prevent the night watches, that I might meditate in thy word.

149 Entends ma voix selon ta tendre compassion: ô SEIGNEUR, vivifie-moi selon ton jugement.

 149 Hear my voice according unto thy lovingkindness: O LORD, quicken me according to thy judgment.

150 Ils approchent ceux qui poursuivent la malveillance: ils sont loin de ta loi.

 150 They draw nigh that follow after mischief: they are far from thy law.

151 Tu es proche, ô SEIGNEUR; et tous tes commandements sont la vérité.

 151 Thou art near, O LORD; and all thy commandments are truth.

152 Concernant tes témoignages, j’ai su depuis autrefois que tu les as fondés pour toujours.

 152 Concerning thy testimonies, I have known of old that thou hast founded them for ever.

 156 Great are thy tender mercies, O LORD: quicken me according to thy judgments.

157 Nombreux sont mes persécuteurs et mes ennemis; cependant, je ne dévie pas de tes témoignages.

 157 Many are my persecutors and mine enemies; yet do I not decline from thy testimonies.

158 Je surveillai les transgresseurs, et fus attristé; parce qu’ils ne gardaient pas ta parole.

 158 I beheld the transgressors, and was grieved; because they kept not thy word.

159 Considère comme j’aime tes préceptes: vivifie-moi, ô SEIGNEUR, selon ta tendre compassion.

 159 Consider how I love thy precepts: quicken me, O LORD, according to thy lovingkindness.

160 Ta parole est vraie depuis le commencement: et chacun de tes jugements droits dure pour toujours.

 160 Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.
