1 Et avec du bleu, de la pourpre et de l’écarlate, ils confectionnèrent les vêtements, pour faire le service dans le lieu saint et ils confectionnèrent les saints vêtements pour Aaron, comme le SEIGNEUR l’avait commandé à Moïse.

1 And of the blue, and purple, and scarlet, they made cloths of service, to do service in the holy place, and made the holy garments for Aaron; as the LORD commanded Moses.
|
2 Et il fit l’éphod d’or, de bleu, de pourpre, d’écarlate et de fin lin retors.
|
2 And he made the ephod of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen.
|
3 Et ils réduisirent l’or en fines feuilles et le coupèrent en fils pour le travailler avec le bleu, la pourpre, l’écarlate et le fin lin en ouvrage recherché.
|
3 And they did beat the gold into thin plates, and cut it into wires, to work it in the blue, and in the purple, and in the scarlet, and in the fine linen, with cunning work.
|
4 Ils y firent des empiècements, qui se joignaient ; de telle sorte que les deux lisiêres étaient jointes.
|
4 They made shoulderpieces for it, to couple it together: by the two edges was it coupled together.
|
5 Et le ceinturon de son éphod, qui se mettait par-dessus, était de la même étoffe d’or, de bleu, de pourpre, d’écarlate et de fin lin retors, comme le SEIGNEUR l’avait commandé à Moïse.
|
5 And the curious girdle of his ephod, that was upon it, was of the same, according to the work thereof; of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen; as the LORD commanded Moses.
|
6 Et ils façonnèrent les pierres d’onyx, enchatonnées dans des chatons d’or, gravées, comme les cachets sont gravés, avec les noms des enfants d’Israël.
|
6 ¶ And they wrought onyx stones inclosed in ouches of gold, graven, as signets are graven, with the names of the children of Israel.
|
7 Et il les mit sur les épaulettes de l’éphod, pour qu’elles soient des pierres de commémoration pour les enfants d’Israël, comme le SEIGNEUR l’avait commandé à Moïse.
|
7 And he put them on the shoulders of the ephod, that they should be stones for a memorial to the children of Israel; as the LORD commanded Moses.
|
8 Et il fit le plastron en ouvrage recherché, comme l’ouvrage de l’éphod, d’or, de pourpre, d’écarlate et de fin lin retors.
|
8 ¶ And he made the breastplate of cunning work, like the work of the ephod; of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen.
|
9 Il était carré ; ils firent le plastron double ; sa longueur était d’un empan, et sa largeur d’un empan, avec une doublure.
|
9 It was foursquare; they made the breastplate double: a span was the length thereof, and a span the breadth thereof, being doubled.
|
10 Et ils le sertirent de quatre rangées de pierres la première rangée était une sardoine, une topaze et une escarboucle ; c’était la première rangée.
|
10 And they set in it four rows of stones: the first row was a sardius, a topaz, and a carbuncle: this was the first row.
|
11 Et la seconde rangée, une émeraude, un saphir et un diamant ;
|
11 And the second row, an emerald, a sapphire, and a diamond.
|
12 Et la troisième rangée, une hyacinthe, une agate et une améthyste ;
|
12 And the third row, a ligure, an agate, and an amethyst.
|
13 Et la quatrième rangée, un béryl, un onyx et un jaspe : elles étaient enchatonnées dans des chatons d’or dans leurs montures.
|
13 And the fourth row, a beryl, an onyx, and a jasper: they were inclosed in ouches of gold in their inclosings.
|
14 Et les pierres étaient selon les noms des enfants d’Israël, douze, selon leurs noms ; comme les gravures d’un sceau, chacune avec son nom, selon les douze tribus.
|
14 And the stones were according to the names of the children of Israel, twelve, according to their names, like the engravings of a signet, every one with his name, according to the twelve tribes.
|
15 Et ils firent sur le plastron des chaînettes aux extrémités, d’un ouvrage torsadé d’or pur.
|
15 And they made upon the breastplate chains at the ends, of wreathen work of pure gold.
|
16 Et ils firent deux chatons en or et deux anneaux d’or et mirent les deux anneaux aux deux extrémités du plastron.
|
16 And they made two ouches of gold, and two gold rings; and put the two rings in the two ends of the breastplate.
|
17 Et ils mirent les deux chaînettes torsadées d’or dans les deux anneaux, aux extrémités du plastron.
|
17 And they put the two wreathen chains of gold in the two rings on the ends of the breastplate.
|
18 Et ils fixèrent les deux extrémités des deux chaînettes torsadées dans deux chatons et ils les mirent sur les épaulettes de l’éphod, sur le devant.
|
18 And the two ends of the two wreathen chains they fastened in the two ouches, and put them on the shoulderpieces of the ephod, before it.
|
19 Et ils firent deux anneaux en or et les mirent aux deux extrémités du plastron sur son bord, qui était du côté intérieur de l’éphod.
|
19 And they made two rings of gold, and put them on the two ends of the breastplate, upon the border of it, which was on the side of the ephod inward.
|
20 Et ils firent deux autres anneaux d’or et les mirent sur les deux côtés de l’éphod en dessous, sur le devant, de l’autre côté où il se joint, au-dessus du ceinturon singulier de l’éphod.
|
20 And they made two other golden rings, and put them on the two sides of the ephod underneath, toward the forepart of it, over against the other coupling thereof, above the curious girdle of the ephod.
|
21 Et ils ajustèrent le plastron par ses anneaux aux anneaux de l’éphod, avec un cordon de bleu, afin qu’il soit au-dessus du ceinturon singulier de l’éphod, et que le plastron ne puisse pas se déplacer sur l’éphod, comme le SEIGNEUR l’avait commandé à Moïse.

21 And they did bind the breastplate by his rings unto the rings of the ephod with a lace of blue, that it might be above the curious girdle of the ephod, and that the breastplate might not be loosed from the ephod; as the LORD commanded Moses.
|
22 Et il fit la robe de l’éphod en ouvrage tissé, toute de bleu.
|
22 ¶ And he made the robe of the ephod of woven work, all of blue.
|
23 Et il y avait une ouverture, au milieu de la robe, comme l’ouverture d’un haubergeon ; avec une bande tout autour de l’ouverture, afin qu’elle ne se déchire pas.
|
23 And there was an hole in the midst of the robe, as the hole of an habergeon, with a band round about the hole, that it should not rend.
|
24 Et ils firent sur l’ourlet de la robe des grenades de bleu, de pourpre, d’écarlate et de lin retors.
|
24 And they made upon the hems of the robe pomegranates of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and twined linen.
|
25 Et ils firent des clochettes d’or pur ; et mirent les clochettes entre les grenades sur l’ourlet de la robe, tout autour, entre les grenades.
|
25 And they made bells of pure gold, and put the bells between the pomegranates upon the hem of the robe, round about between the pomegranates;
|
26 Une clochette et une grenade, une clochette et une grenade, le long de l’ourlet de la robe, tout autour, pour faire le service, comme le SEIGNEUR l’avait commandé à Moïse.
|
26 A bell and a pomegranate, a bell and a pomegranate, round about the hem of the robe to minister in; as the LORD commanded Moses.
|
27 Et ils firent des manteaux de fin lin, en ouvrage tissé, pour Aaron et pour ses fils,
|
27 ¶ And they made coats of fine linen of woven work for Aaron, and for his sons,
|
28 Et une mitre en fin lin, des bonnets d’ornement en fin lin et des caleçons en lin, en fin lin retors ;
|
28 And a mitre of fine linen, and goodly bonnets of fine linen, and linen breeches of fine twined linen,
|
29 Et un ceinturon en fin lin retors de bleu, de pourpre et d’écarlate, fait aux aiguilles, comme le SEIGNEUR l’avait commandé à Moïse.
|
29 And a girdle of fine twined linen, and blue, and purple, and scarlet, of needlework; as the LORD commanded Moses.
|
30 Et ils firent la plaque de la sainte couronne en or pur, sur laquelle ils écrivirent, comme les gravures d’un cachet, SAINTETÉ AU SEIGNEUR.
|
30 ¶ And they made the plate of the holy crown of pure gold, and wrote upon it a writing, like to the engravings of a signet, HOLINESS TO THE LORD.
|
31 Et ils y nouèrent un cordon de bleu, pour l’attacher en haut sur la mitre, comme le SEIGNEUR l’avait commandé à Moïse.
|
31 And they tied unto it a lace of blue, to fasten it on high upon the mitre; as the LORD commanded Moses.
|
32 Ainsi tout l’ouvrage du tabernacle de la tente de la congrégation fut terminé ; et les enfants d’Israël firent selon tout ce que le SEIGNEUR avait commandé à Moïse ; ainsi firent-ils.
|
32 ¶ Thus was all the work of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation finished: and the children of Israel did according to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so did they.
|
33 Et ils apportèrent le tabernacle à Moïse, la tente et tous ses objets, ses agrafes, ses planches, ses barres, ses piliers et ses emboîtements ;
|
33 ¶ And they brought the tabernacle unto Moses, the tent, and all his furniture, his taches, his boards, his bars, and his pillars, and his sockets,
|
34 Et la couverture de peaux de béliers teintes en rouge, la couverture de peaux de blaireaux et le voile de la couverture ;
|
34 And the covering of rams’ skins dyed red, and the covering of badgers’ skins, and the vail of the covering,
|
35 L’arche du témoignage et ses barres, et le siège de miséricorde ;
|
35 The ark of the testimony, and the staves thereof, and the mercy seat,
|
36 La table, et tous ses ustensiles, et le pain de présentation,
|
36 The table, and all the vessels thereof, and the shewbread,
|
37 Le pur chandelier avec ses lampes, c’est-à-dire les lampes qui devaient être mises en ordre, ainsi que tous ses ustensiles et l’huile du luminaire ;
|
37 The pure candlestick, with the lamps thereof, even with the lamps to be set in order, and all the vessels thereof, and the oil for light,
|
38 Et l’autel d’or, l’huile d’onction, l’encens odoriférant et la tenture pour la porte du tabernacle,
|
38 And the golden altar, and the anointing oil, and the sweet incense, and the hanging for the tabernacle door,
|
39 L’autel brasé et sa grille de cuivre, ses barres et tous ses ustensiles, la cuve et son soubassement,
|
39 The brasen altar, and his grate of brass, his staves, and all his vessels, the laver and his foot,
|
40 Les tentures de la cour, ses piliers, ses emboîtements et la tenture pour la porte de la cour, ses cordages, ses pieux et tous les ustensiles du service du tabernacle, pour la tente de la congrégation ;
|
40 The hangings of the court, his pillars, and his sockets, and the hanging for the court gate, his cords, and his pins, and all the vessels of the service of the tabernacle, for the tent of the congregation,
|
41 Les vêtements de service, pour faire le service dans le lieu saint et les saints vêtements pour Aaron le prêtre et les vêtements de ses fils pour servir dans la fonction de prêtre.
|
41 The cloths of service to do service in the holy place, and the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and his sons’ garments, to minister in the priest’s office.
|
42 Ainsi les enfants d’Israël firent tout l’ouvrage que le SEIGNEUR avait commandé à Moïse.
|
42 According to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so the children of Israel made all the work.
|
43 Et Moïse vit tout l’ouvrage, et voici, ils l’avaient fait tel que le SEIGNEUR l’avait commandé ; ils l’avaient fait ainsi ; et Moïse les bénit.
|
43 And Moses did look upon all the work, and, behold, they had done it as the LORD had commanded, even so had they done it: and Moses blessed them.
