1 Et il me dit : Fils de l’homme, tiens-toi sur tes pieds, et je parlerai avec toi.
|
1 And he said unto me, Son of man, stand upon thy feet, and I will speak unto thee.
|
2 Alors l'esprit entra en moi, lorsqu’il me parlait, et me dressa sur mes pieds, et j'entendis celui qui me parlait.
|
2 And the spirit entered into me when he spake unto me, and set me upon my feet, that I heard him that spake unto me.
|
3 Et il me dit : Fils d’homme, je t'envoie vers les enfants d'Israël, vers une nation rebelle qui s'est rebellée contre moi ; eux et leurs pères ont transgressé contre moi, et ce jusqu'à ce jour même.
|
3 And he said unto me, Son of man, I send thee to the children of Israel, to a rebellious nation that hath rebelled against me: they and their fathers have transgressed against me, even unto this very day.
|
4 Car ils sont des enfants effrontés et au cœur obstiné, je t'envoie vers eux ; et tu leur diras : Ainsi dit le Seigneur DIEU.
|
4 For they are impudent children and stiffhearted. I do send thee unto them; and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD.
|
5 Et eux, soit qu'ils entendent, soit qu'ils s'abstiennent, (car ils sont une maison rebelle), toutefois ils sauront qu'il y a eu un prophète au milieu d'eux.
|
5 And they, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear, (for they are a rebellious house,) yet shall know that there hath been a prophet among them.
|
6 ¶ Et toi, Fils d’homme, n’aie pas peur d’eux, n’aie pas peur non plus de leurs paroles ; bien que des ronces et des épines avec toi, et que tu demeures parmi des scorpions : n’aie pas peur de leurs paroles, ni atterré par leurs regards, bien qu'ils soient une maison rebelle.

6 ¶ And thou, son of man, be not afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns be with thee, and thou dost dwell among scorpions: be not afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house.
|
7 Et tu leur diras mes paroles, soit qu'ils entendront, ou soit qu'ils se refrèneront : car ils sont plus que rebelles.
|
7 And thou shalt speak my words unto them, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear: for they are most rebellious.
|
8 Mais toi, Fils d’homme, entend ce que je te dis, ne sois pas rebelle, comme cette maison rebelle ; ouvre la bouche, et mange ce que je te donne.
|
8 But thou, son of man, hear what I say unto thee; Be not thou rebellious like that rebellious house: open thy mouth, and eat that I give thee.
|
9 ¶ Et quand je regardai, voici une main était envoyée vers moi, et voici, un rouleau de livre était au-dedans.
|
9 ¶ And when I looked, behold, an hand was sent unto me; and, lo, a roll of a book was therein;
|
10 Et il le déploya devant moi, et il était écrit dedans et au-dehors : et des lamentations, deuil et malheur y étaient écrits.
|
10 And he spread it before me; and it was written within and without: and there was written therein lamentations, and mourning, and woe.
