1 Frères, si un homme est surpris en quelque faute, vous qui êtes spirituels, ramenez un tel homme dans l’esprit de docilité te considérant toi-même, de peur que tu ne sois aussi tenté.
|
1 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.
|
2 Portez les charges les uns des autres, et ainsi accomplissez la loi de Christ.
|
2 Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.
|
3 Car si un homme pense être quelque chose, quand il n’est rien, il se trompe lui-même.
|
3 For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.
|
4 Mais que chaque homme éprouve sa propre œuvre, et alors il se réjouira en lui-même seul, et pas en un autre.
|
4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.
|
5 Car chaque homme portera sa propre charge.
|
5 For every man shall bear his own burden.
|
6 Que celui qui est enseigné dans la parole communique à celui qui enseigne en toutes bonnes choses.
|
6 Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.
|
7 Ne soyez pas trompés; on ne se moque pas de Dieu: car quoique ce soit qu’un homme sème, cela aussi il le moissonnera.
|
7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
|
8 Car celui qui sème à sa chair moissonnera de la chair la corruption; mais celui qui sème pour l’Esprit mois-sonnera de l’Esprit la vie sempiternelle.
|
8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
|
9 Et ne nous lassons pas en faisant bien: car au moment voulu nous moisson-nerons, si nous ne défaillons pas.
|
9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
|
10 Comme nous en avons donc l’opportunité, faisons du bien à tous les hommes, plus particulièrement à ceux de la maison de la foi.
|
10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
|
11 Vous voyez quelle grande lettre je vous ai écrite de ma propre main.
|
11 Ye see how large a letter I have written unto you with mine own hand.
|
12 Tous ceux qui désirent faire une belle impression dans la chair, ceux-là vous contraignent à être circoncis; de peur seulement qu’ils ne souffrent pas de persécution pour la croix de Christ.
|
12 As many as desire to make a fair shew in the flesh, they constrain you to be circumcised; only lest they should suffer persecution for the cross of Christ.
|
13 Car ceux-là mêmes qui sont circoncis ne gardent pas la loi; mais ils désirent que vous soyez circoncis, afin qu’ils puissent se glorifier dans votre chair.
|
13 For neither they themselves who are circumcised keep the law; but desire to have you circumcised, that they may glory in your flesh.
|
14 Mais Dieu nous en garde que je me glorifie, sinon en la croix de notre Seigneur Jésus Christ, par laquelle le monde est crucifié à mon égard, et moi au monde.
|
14 But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.
|
15 Car en Christ Jésus la circoncision ne sert à rien, ni l’incirconcision, mais une nouvelle créature.
|
15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.
|
16 Et à tous ceux qui marchent selon cette règle, la paix soit sur eux, et la miséricorde, et sur l’Israël de Dieu.
|
16 And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.
|
17 Désormais qu’aucun homme ne me trouble: car je porte en mon corps les marques du Seigneur Jésus.
|
17 From henceforth let no man trouble me: for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus.
|
18 Frères, que la grâce de notre Seigneur Jésus Christ soit avec votre esprit. Amen.
|
18 Brethren, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.
