1 Réveille-toi, réveille- toi, revêts ta puissance, ô Zion (Sion) ; revêts tes vêtements magnifiques, ô Jérusalem, la ville sainte ; car désormais l'incirconcis et le souillé n'entreront plus chez toi.
|
1 Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean.
|
2 Secoue ta poussière, lève-toi et assieds-toi, ô Jérusalem ; détache les liens de ton cou, ô captive fille de Zion.
|
2 Shake thyself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Jerusalem: loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion.
|
3 Car ainsi dit le Seigneur : Vous vous êtes vendus pour rien ; et vous serez aussi rachetés sans argent.
|
3 For thus saith the LORD, Ye have sold yourselves for nought; and ye shall be redeemed without money.
|
4 Car ainsi dit le Seigneur DIEU Mon peuple descendit au commencement en Égypte pour y séjourner ; et l'Assyrien l'a opprimé sans cause.
|
4 For thus saith the Lord GOD, My people went down aforetime into Egypt to sojourn there; and the Assyrian oppressed them without cause.
|
5 Et maintenant qu'ai-je ici, dit le SEIGNEUR, que mon peuple ait été enlevé pour rien ? Ceux qui dominent sur lui le font hurler, dit le SEIGNEUR, et, mon nom chaque jour est continuellement blasphémé.
|
5 Now therefore, what have I here, saith the LORD, that my people is taken away for nought? they that rule over them make them to howl, saith the LORD; and my name continually every day is blasphemed.
|
6 C'est pourquoi mon peuple connaîtra mon nom ; c'est pourquoi il saura, en ce jour, que je suis celui qui dis : C'est moi.
|
6 Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore they shall know in that day that I am he that doth speak: behold, it is I.
|
7 ¶ Combien sont beaux sur les montagnes, les pieds de celui qui apporte de bonnes nouvelles, qui publie la paix, qui apporte de bonnes nouvelles concernant le bien, qui publie le salut, qui dit à Zion (Sion) Ton Dieu règne.
|
7 ¶ How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!
|
8 Tes sentinelles élèveront la voix ; elles chanteront d'une voix unie ; car elles verront de leurs deux yeux, quand le SEIGNEUR ramènera Zion.
|
8 Thy watchmen shall lift up the voice; with the voice together shall they sing: for they shall see eye to eye, when the LORD shall bring again Zion.
|
9 ¶ Éclatez de joie, chantez ensemble, vous lieux dévastés de Jérusalem car le SEIGNEUR a consolé son peuple, il a racheté Jérusalem.
|
9 ¶ Break forth into joy, sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem: for the LORD hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem.
|
10 Le SEIGNEUR a mis à nu son saint bras, devant les yeux de toutes les nations ; et tous les bouts de la terre verront le salut de notre Dieu.
|
10 The LORD hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.
|
11 ¶ Partez, partez, sortez de là, ne touchez à aucune chose souillée, sortez du milieu d'elle ; nettoyez-vous, vous qui portez les vases du SEIGNEUR.
|
11 ¶ Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no unclean thing; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD.
|
12 Car vous ne sortirez pas à la hâte, ni ne marcherez en fuyant ; car le SEIGNEUR ira devant vous, et le Dieu d'Israël sera votre arrière garde.
|
12 For ye shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight: for the LORD will go before you; and the God of Israel will be your rereward.
|
13 ¶ Voici, mon serviteur agira prudemment ; il sera exalté et élevé et sera très-haut.
|
13 ¶ Behold, my servant shall deal prudently, he shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high.
|
14 Comme beaucoup ont été stupéfaits en te voyant, son visage était plus meurtri que celui d'aucun homme ainsi que son apparence, plus que celle d'aucun fils d'homme ;
|
14 As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men:
|
15 Ainsi il aspergera beaucoup de nations ; les rois fermeront la bouche devant lui ; car ils verront ce qui ne leur avait pas été raconté, et ils considéreront ce qu'ils n'avaient pas entendu.
|
15 So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at him: for that which had not been told them shall they see; and that which they had not heard shall they consider.
|
